We strive to make your visit to the animal hospital as pleasant and convenient as possible. We provide a separate entrance area for cats and a convenient concierge service that can provide round-trip transportation to the hospital.
Our team of doctors works together to provide medical care to our patients and discuss and share opinions concerning the diagnosis and treatment of difficult conditions. If you prefer a specific doctor, please make the request when booking your appointment.
We make every attempt to be respectful of your time and to avoid delays. Please arrive on time for your appointment, and let us know in advance if you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We also offer a referral rewards program; please let us know if you have been referred by another Westlake Animal Hospital client!
Our onsite pharmacy can fill most pet medications while you wait. For faster service, please call ahead for any prescription refills. Additionally, you can order online and have your pet’s medication shipped to you or our concierge service can deliver the prescription to you. Please note, federal law requires that your pet must be examined by a doctor before prescription drugs can be dispensed.
We are available to treat your pet’s veterinary emergency during our normal business hours. Please do not hesitate to bring in your pet immediately without an appointment. If your pet requires emergency after-hours care, please inform us. We can coordinate with the emergency hospital if follow-up treatment is needed.
Payment is due at the time of service. We offer a variety of different care options for your pet, and we will gladly prepare an estimate for any of our services. Learn More about
